TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (STRICT)
IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT LIMITS YOUR RIGHTS AND GRANTS THE OPERATOR TOTAL CONTROL.

1. OPERATOR CONTROL & OWNERSHIP
The operator of Cwaks reserves the absolute and unilateral right to modify, delete, or hide any user-uploaded content, account, or transaction history at any time, for any reason, without notice. By uploading content, you grant the operator a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, display, and delete said content.
2. FICTIONAL CURRENCY (CWAKS)
"CWAKS" ARE NOT MONEY. They are purely digital points used within a fictional simulation. They have ZERO cash value, are non-transferable outside the platform, and do not constitute legal tender or a digital asset. Cwaks cannot be redeemed for real-world currency, services, or physical goods under any circumstances. The platform is a non-commercial educational simulation.
Simulated Commission: Every transaction in the store is subject to a 20% simulated platform fee. Sellers receive 80% of the purchase price, and the platform operator receives the remaining 20% in simulated currency.
3. AGE & ELIGIBILITY
You must be 13+ or have parental consent. Use by anyone under 13 is strictly prohibited.
4. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY & SCHOOL POLICIES
Academic Integrity Warranty: Users warrant that any materials uploaded are intended solely as supplemental study aids. Use of this platform for the purpose of academic dishonesty, cheating, or violating individual school codes of conduct is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account termination.
Institutional Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from any disciplinary actions taken by educational institutions (schools, colleges, etc.) resulting from the user's misuse of the platform or violation of their local academic codes.
5. ABSOLUTE WAIVER OF LIABILITY
YOU AGREE THAT THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT ON THIS SITE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN PERIL. THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
6. LEGAL INDEMNIFICATION
If your actions result in legal action against the operator, YOU agree to pay all legal fees, settlements, and court costs incurred by the operator.
7. DMCA / COPYRIGHT TAKEDOWN PROCEDURE
If you believe that any content on Cwaks infringes upon your copyright (e.g., you are a teacher or publisher and your material was uploaded without permission), please submit a formal takedown notice to the Operator at legal@joahs.net. Your notice must include: (a) a description of the copyrighted work; (b) the exact URL or item ID of the infringing material; and (c) your contact information. Upon receipt of a valid notice, the Operator will move to disable or remove the content in compliance with 'Safe Harbor' provisions.
8. DATA DELETION & CONTACT
You may delete your account via the settings menu. However, the operator may retain certain data for legal compliance or record-keeping purposes as outlined in the Privacy Policy. For all legal inquiries, contact legal@joahs.net.
