1. DATA COLLECTION & LOGGING

By using Cwaks, you acknowledge that our server (hosted on Cloudflare and associated edge nodes) automatically collects certain technical data, including but not limited to: your IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps. This data is used solely for security, fraud prevention, and to maintain the integrity of the fictional economy.

2. USER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

We collect and store:

• Username: For identity within the simulation.
• School Email: For account verification and security notifications.
• Encrypted Password: We never store plain-text passwords.
• Upload Content: Any files or metadata you choose to submit to the Store.

3. COPPA & MINORS (UNDER 13)

This platform is NOT intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you are under 13, you are strictly prohibited from creating an account. If we discover a minor is using the service, the account and all associated data (including transaction history) will be wiped without warning.

4. DATA PROTECTION & DISCLOSURE

We do not sell, trade, or lease your data to third parties. Data is only disclosed if required by a valid legal order or to protect the safety and rights of the Operator and other users. All uploaded files are processed ephemerally by automated moderation AI before storage.

5. THE RASPBERRY PI & CLOUDFLARE

While the frontend is served via Cloudflare, some backend management tasks may be performed via private infrastructure. We implement standard encryption and firewall protocols to protect these management nodes.

6. YOUR RIGHTS & CONTACT

You have the right to view, modify, or delete your account data at any time via the Settings menu. Deleting your account will purge your email, PFP, and balance from our active database. For all privacy-related inquiries or data requests, contact legal@joahs.net.
